Les Rainey, Founder and Managing Partner.
Mr. Rainey has been in public accounting since 1967 and established this firm in 1978.  He specializes in business, personal and estate planning.  Les leverages tax strategies to promote business and personal tax planning to help his clients achieve their goals.  Les graduated from State University Of  New York At Buffalo in 1974 with a degree in Accounting.
Les Rainey also , attended Golden Gate University in San Francisco for a Masters Degree in M.I.S.-Management Information Systems from 1995 to 1997.  Les spent three years as a Payroll Supervisor processing a large volume of payrolls  across Western New York,  two years as a P/T  intern Internal Auditor for his alma mater, two years as the Business Manager for a 1,000 student NY junior college,  he spent five years working at Bank Of America,  as  an Auditor, Accounting Systems Coordinator,  Accounting Liaison Officer, and Accounting Officer. He spent two years with a Richmond CPA Firm, two years as a Senior Accountant/Treasurer for a Engineering  & Contract Services Firm,  five years at Prudential Insurance And Financial Services as an all Insurance , NASD, and Financial Planning Agent, and spent several years business consulting as an Independent Contractor. Mr Rainey's specialty is also helping small business with a wide range of consulting, planning, accounting, tax and Quick Books issues.
